In addition to the bike, our rental service includes a lock for added security, as well as a charger for rentals longer than one day. We strive to provide everything you need for a smooth and enjoyable ride.

No, all taxes are included in the rental price. All access to the Jackson Hole pathways and trails is free, with the exception of Grand Teton National Park which requires an entrance fee. You will find more details about the park fees at the entrance or on their website.
Yes, all of our offered bikes are equipped with safety helmets to ensure your protection and comfort during your ride. We prioritize your safety and recommend wearing the helmet at all times while cycling.
Yes, we do offer door-to-door e-bike delivery in Jackson Hole at no additional costs. We strive to make your experience as convenient as possible by delivering directly to your location.
We accept both cash and electronic payments. However, for any rental, a credit card will be required and a deposit of $250 will be placed for the duration of the reservation
Yes, you can modify your reservation. We require at least 72 hours notice for any changes to ensure availability and proper adjustment to your booking. Please contact us within this timeframe and we will be happy to assist you with your request.
Yes, you can cancel your reservation, however, the following cancellation policy applies:
72 hours or more before your reservation: Full refund.
48 to 71 hours before your reservation: 25% of total rental cost will be charged.
24 to 47 hours before your reservation: 50% of the total rental cost will be charged.
Less than 24 hours before your reservation: No refund, as the reservation is considered non-refundable.
Please make sure to contact us as early as possible to avoid cancellation fees!
